Disclaimer and Notice

Globull publishes educational financial information, not personalized recommendations. This notice explains the limits of teaser research, performance comparisons and calculators. Read the assumptions attached to each tool and article, and seek qualified advice when a decision depends on your individual financial, tax or legal circumstances.

Last updated 2026.

1. No personal advisory relationship

Reading an article, using a calculator or emailing an editorial question does not create an investment adviser, broker, attorney or tax preparer relationship. We do not assess whether a security is suitable for you, manage your portfolio or act on your behalf. Our content does not account for your income, liquidity needs, existing holdings, time horizon or ability to absorb losses. Educational examples can illustrate a concept without presenting all the facts needed for a real decision. Do not interpret a confident explanation, detailed calculation or identified ticker as an individualized instruction to buy, sell or hold an investment.

2. SEC and FINRA context

The Securities and Exchange Commission oversees federal securities markets and administers investment adviser regulation within its jurisdiction. FINRA oversees member broker-dealers under SEC oversight. Their roles do not mean they approve Globull's articles, verify our conclusions or endorse a featured company. A public SEC filing is not a government guarantee that a security is safe. You can research investment professionals through SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure and FINRA BrokerCheck, using the official services rather than promotional claims. Registration status, disciplinary history and the services being offered matter. These references explain the regulatory context and do not claim that Globull holds a particular registration or license.

3. Teasers and market risk

A teaser reveal identifies the company that appears to match a promotion's clues. It does not establish that the promotion is truthful, that a forecast is reasonable or that the stock is attractively priced. Small companies, speculative industries and thinly traded stocks can have large price swings and wide trading spreads. Trading halts, dilution, insolvency and loss of the entire investment are possible. A familiar exchange listing does not remove these risks. A stop-loss order cannot guarantee an exit at the stated price, particularly when markets gap or liquidity disappears. Borrowing to invest can magnify losses beyond the cash initially committed.

4. Returns and comparisons

Historical performance depends on the start date, end date, price source and treatment of dividends, splits and other corporate actions. A closing-price comparison may not represent a price at which a reader could have traded. Fees, taxes, spreads, slippage and reinvestment assumptions can materially change an actual result. Benchmark comparisons require consistent periods and clearly stated return definitions. A small or selectively observed set of picks is not proof of repeatable skill. Missing, delisted or renamed securities also require care. Treat summary averages as descriptions of the stated sample, not as a forecast or a complete audit of every recommendation a publisher has made.

5. Calculators, taxes and benefits

Calculator outputs depend on your inputs and the model's assumptions. Constant growth rates, stable contributions and simplified payment schedules are useful teaching devices, not predictions. Unless a tool explicitly includes them, do not assume it accounts for fees, taxes, inflation or transaction costs. US federal tax and retirement rules contain eligibility tests, phaseouts, deadlines and exceptions that a short tool cannot fully evaluate. State and local rules may differ. Social Security benefits depend on official earnings records and claiming circumstances. Check current IRS and Social Security Administration guidance, and consult a qualified professional before using an estimate for a filing or benefit election.

6. Conflicts, errors and responsibility

Writers must disclose holdings relevant to their articles and observe a trading blackout during the seventy-two hours before and after publication of a reveal about the stock. Publishers we cover do not pay us for favorable coverage or removal of criticism. These standards reduce conflicts but cannot remove every source of bias. We can make mistakes and will review specific reports supported by sources. Outside links have their own content and policies. To the extent allowed by law, Globull is not responsible for investment losses caused by reliance on general information, but this notice does not exclude liability or rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

About this free publication

Globull.com is a free finance publication focused on the United States. Readers do not need an account, subscription, paid plan or login to read our articles or use our tools. Our coverage centers on stocks listed on US exchanges, including the NYSE and Nasdaq. Dollar amounts refer to US dollars unless a page says otherwise. Availability to readers elsewhere does not mean our content follows another country's investment, tax, privacy or consumer protection rules. Consider the location, date and purpose of each article before applying it to your own circumstances. A ticker identification is an explanation of a promotion, not an instruction to trade.

Reading figures in context

Financial information depends on assumptions and timing. A share price, tax threshold, company name or promotional claim can change after a page is published. Read the surrounding explanation rather than relying on a search snippet, table cell or isolated sentence. Calculators provide estimates based on the inputs and formulas described on the tool page. Tax, retirement and Social Security examples concern US federal rules unless otherwise stated, and do not cover every exception or state requirement. Check important facts against current official sources. Neither a free tool nor a detailed article can replace a review of your complete financial circumstances by an appropriately qualified professional.

Browser features and outside services

Calculator entries are processed in your browser rather than submitted to Globull for calculation. If you choose to save a calculator scenario, local storage on that browser keeps the saved values until they are cleared. This is not a cloud account or a backup service. Site storage is limited to essential functions and locally saved scenarios, not advertising profiles or analytics tracking cookies. Loading an image supplied through an image API can still send a network request to that service. External links open resources operated by others. Review our Privacy and Cookie policies for the distinction between browser storage, ordinary network requests and information you voluntarily email us.

Questions about this page

Contact contact@globull.com if you need clarification, find a broken reference or believe this page contains an error. Include the page address and enough context for us to understand the issue. Do not send account passwords, Social Security numbers, brokerage credentials or complete tax returns. We do not need those details to review an editorial or website question. A message to the publication does not establish an adviser-client relationship or guarantee a particular response time. We may revise explanations as our practices, tools or applicable requirements change. Read the relevant policy again when a new question arises, and keep your own copy if you need a record of wording you relied on.
